Here you can select every part of the laptop you'd like to purchase. The first 3 options: RAM, storage, and processor will allow you to select more or less depending on your needs and budget. Every time you adjust one of those options you'll also see the price change. When you select the last 3 options: Operating system, screen size, and brand, those will not change the price at all and just allow you to get exactly what you want.
