Refund Policy

General Policy

Refund time: Any order is eligible for a full refund for 30 days after the purchase date. All laptops come with a 1-year warranty on all parts except the battery. 

Refund method: Once the item has been returned the refund will be sent back to your original payment method.

Product condition: The laptop must be in same condition that it was sent to you in and a full refund will be issued. Make sure to send the laptop and charger packed thoroughly wrapped with lots of bubble wrap. Doing these things will insure the laptop comes back with no problems insuring you receive a full refund. 

Refund contact information: If 30-days has not yet passed since receiving your order and you want to return it then first start by sending a message to info@laptopmountain.com. In the subject line please put return. Then in the message briefly describe why you want to return the laptop and if it is experiencing any problems. Your message will be replied to in 24-hours or less. 

Charges: You will be responsible for shipping the laptop back. At the bottom of this page is the address for the laptop to be returned to. The return address and instructions will be included in the return email too. As long as the laptop is returned in the same condition as it was sent in then there were be no restocking fee. If the laptop comes back damaged, or missing parts like the HDD, charger, or something else is no longer with the laptop, then a restocking fee will be applied to cover replacing those parts. Any laptop returned due to not being wanted anymore will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
