At Laptop Mountain, customer satisfaction is the priority. To provide a seamless experience, the following refund and return policy has been established:
1. Refund Time:
Customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Laptop Mountain’s 30-day refund policy allows thorough evaluation of the product. During this period, laptops can be returned for any reason. No restocking fee applies to defective items; however, a fee will be applied if parts or accessories are missing. Also, if the laptop comes back damaged from lack of padding material used during shipping then a repair fee will be taken out of the refund.
2. Warranty:
Laptop Mountain backs the quality of its products with a 1-year warranty, covering all parts except the battery. This warranty ensures coverage for any manufacturing defects or technical issues that arise during the first year of ownership.
3. Refund Method:
Once Laptop Mountain receives the returned item, the refund is processed promptly and credited to the original payment method after approval of the return.
4. Product Condition:
To qualify for a full refund, the laptop must be returned in the same condition it was sent. Proper packaging, such as bubble wrap, is required to avoid damage during transit.
5. Initiating a Refund:
To initiate a return within 30 days, send an email to info@laptopmountain.com with "Return" in the subject line. Include a brief explanation of the reason for the return. The support team will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process.
6. Shipping Charges:
Customers are responsible for shipping the laptop back to Laptop Mountain. The return address and further instructions will be provided in the return email.
