Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Battery life is not warrantied because they naturally degrade over time.
To be eligible for a return, your laptop must be in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in the condition that you received it in, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the item to be inspected and return to process.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you open up a chargeback before contacting Laptop Mountain you waive your right to mail back the laptop for a return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you special order a computer to have a different operating system installed we charge a 25% restocking fee because we will have to install the old OS to resell it.
If you receive an item and are not satisfied with it then you are more then welcome to exchange it with any item you'd like up to 30 days after the sale date. If the laptop you want to exchange it for is more expensive then the original you will have to pay the extra difference. If the laptop you want to exchange for cost less than the original laptop then you will be reimbursed the difference.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Also, please make sure to bubble wrap the item the same way it was bubble wrapped and sent to you. If the item comes back damaged from not using the necessary packaging materials, then a fee will be charged to cover the cost of replacing all the damaged parts.
